These terms govern your use of the Trade Show Companion website at fair-crm.com (the "Site"), operated by Sandstone Systems F.Z.E ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Site presents Trade Show Companion but does not sell subscriptions or licences directly. Any commercial use of Trade Show Companion, whether cloud or self-hosted, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, together with the terms and documentation provided with the product. Nothing on this Site is an offer, quotation or binding commitment, and nothing here forms a contract for the product itself.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or its server, disrupting or overloading it, scraping or systematically extracting its content by automated means without our consent, or using it in breach of applicable law.
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and the Trade Show Companion and Sandstone Systems names and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own information, but may not copy, republish or reuse its content without our prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that its content is accurate, complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, together with the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone. The competent courts of Ajman and the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.
