This policy explains how we handle personal data on the Trade Show Companion website at fair-crm.com. It applies to everyone who visits this website, wherever in the world you are. Where your local law gives you specific data-protection rights, for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or the EU and UK GDPR, this policy is written to respect them.
The Trade Show Companion website is operated by Sandstone Systems F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Licence and Registration No. 55415. For anything you send us through this website, we are the data controller. You can reach us at hello@fair-crm.com.
This website has no sign-up or contact forms. You only share personal data with us if you choose to email us using one of the contact links on the site, in which case we receive your email address and whatever you write. Our server keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address and the time of a request, for security and operation. The site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts and a styling framework from a public content delivery network, so your browser connects to those providers and they may receive technical data such as your IP address.
fair-crm.com does not set cookies, run analytics, or load advertising or tracking scripts.
We use the data you email us to read and respond to your message, which is taking steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep server logs and operate the site securely in our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), which also covers loading the fonts and framework the pages need. Under the UAE PDPL we rely on the equivalent grounds. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not carry out automated decision-making.
We do not sell personal data. We rely on a small number of providers strictly to run the site: our hosting provider, which runs the website infrastructure on servers in the European Union (Germany); and Google (Google Fonts) together with the content delivery network that serves the styling framework, whose resources your browser loads. We may also disclose data where we are required to by law.
We are established in the United Arab Emirates, and some of the providers above are located elsewhere, for example in the EU or the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we limit it to what is necessary to run the site and rely on appropriate safeguards. You can ask us for more detail at hello@fair-crm.com.
We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to deal with your request and a short period afterwards, then delete them. Server logs are kept only for a short operational and security window and are then rotated out.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable form or withdraw a consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email hello@fair-crm.com. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in the UAE, that is the UAE Data Office.
We may update this policy as our practices or the applicable law change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
